晚报讯 据北京晨报报道 2008-4-28，北京市消协秘书长张明透露说，目前北京延庆县的40家宾馆已经正式将“退房时间”后延。
张明介绍说，延庆县的40家饭店宾馆已经开始正式执行“新规”，即将退房时间由过去的中午12时延长到14时，响应倡议的40家企业都是以正式文件加盖章的形式表示响应的，也就是说从昨天开始，到延庆40家宾馆饭店住宿不再以12点为限了。
“不管怎么说，过去以国际惯例来坚持的‘12点退房政策’终于出现了松动。”一位读者给记者打来电话说。
